Description'Objectives:
The objective of the B6.4A project is to design and implement technological upgrade of ARSOZ - an integrated information system of V1 NPP for decommissioning. Technological upgrade is comprised of the following deliveries:
D1 ARSOZ-Task List
The Consultant shall propose the modification of ARSOZ-DDB system allowed to associate many deommissioning working orders related to unique DDB items – this requirement is extremly necessary for safe and efficient application of ARSOZ-DDB during decommissioning works and projects.
• In status group 01shall be created possibility for Project managers and Equipment Owners to define associated working order based on:
- Location,
- DPS,
- Equipment Type,
- Equipment Status according to selection criteria for specific project number.
• To add functions „select all“ and „unselect all“ in the selection menu. The task (working order) may be defined for more Locations in paralel. Consequently all records shall be associated.
• One associated working order may allow to generate several records (all related records)
• After execution of working order shall be changed status of Equipment to „Decommissioned“ in accordance with PP.
The Consultant shall modify the ARSOZ-DDB system and develop User’s manual regarding to (previously) approved Detail proposal. Performance of FAT and UAT is required as well.
D2 Group Migration of Cost Centers in ARSOZ
The Consultant shall propose the modification of ARSOZ-DDB system allowed to change cost centers for deommissioning items recorded in DDB – currently there is problem to control decommissioning activities without such information. This requirement was not part of original project scope but in operation was discovered that functionality necessary for intergation of DDB with other enterprise information systems.
By the change of Cost Centre in system SAP/CO shall be implemented in the system ARSOZ following features:
• Development of new form in TUZ – transfer bridge (old/new value of CC) with selection options (CC, department, etc.)
• All changes in Cost-Centre tables inside SAP/CO shall be implemented into all ARSOZ data structures:
o no permission for transaction/usage of invalid data from SAP/CO
o change of new CC in application occurencies where was recorded old (invalid) data (records till the status „less than 90“)
o in case of update of CC inside SAP/CO i tis necessray to overwrite CC inside ARSOZ as well
o in case of deleting CC inside SAP i tis not allowed to change status of task and working order untill original CC is not replaced with new one
The Consultant shall modify the ARSOZ-DDB system and develop User’s manual regarding to (previously) approved Detail proposal. Performance of FAT and UAT is required as well. All SW changes must be executed on the platform of the Oracle 11g.
D3 Change of SPP selection in ARSOZ
The Consultant shall propose the modification of ARSOZ-DDB system provided unique alignment between working orders and components of DDB – this requirement is necessary for correct and efficient application of ARSOZ-DDB during decommissioning:
SW Change shall allow the selection of SPP with comparison of data from specific SPP (Year, Division, TS, Action):
- Year of record (Task, PP)
- Division incl. CC in record
- TS with block in the record
- Action – first four codes for action in the specified record
The Consultant shall modify the ARSOZ-DDB system and develop User’s manual regarding to (previously) approved Detail proposal. Performance of FAT and UAT is required as well.
D4 New functions in “Locations” entities
The Consultant shall propose the modification of ARSOZ-DDB system which will support alignment between DDB module and existing repository of digital drawings for decommissioning – this requirement is important for increase of decommissioning efficiency and safety.
The change shall cover features as follows:
• Modifcation of UPGRADE functionality inside DATD for entity SO (civil objects) for decommissioning purposes and registration of objects inside ARSOZ
• Modification of processing UPGRADE functionality received from DATD table
• Consequent update of SO entity in all releveant ARSOZ tables
• Development of new Location in the DATD table and update of that table inside ARSOZ
• Alignment of SO to specific locations
• Change of relation „Location-SO“ (one SO related to only one Location)
• No SO can be transfered to status „Valid“ without relation to valid object „Location“
• Each SO shall be transfered to status „Valid“ using functionality „Do Valid“
• Change of deleting SO
• Change of deleting relation „Location-SO“ (not allowed to delete relation if SO is in status „Valid“)
• Change of trigger in table „SO“
• Change of trigger in table „Relations“
• Replacement of Locations inside ARSOZ from original SO to new Locations
• Ste up of new Location
The Consultant shall modify the ARSOZ-DDB system and develop User’s manual regarding to (previously) approved Detail proposal. Performance of FAT and UAT is required as well.
D5 Import of DrHM and DHM to ARSOZ table
The Consultant shall modify import toolkit ARSOZ for import of tables “DrHM” and “DHM” (exported file from SAP/FI-AA) as follows:
• Comparison of new data with existing data in ARSOZ
• Upgrade of tables “DrHM” and “DHM”
• Re-numbering of correct ID number taken form “DrHM” and “DHM” for each equipment in ARSOZ-TUZ
The Consultant shall modify the ARSOZ-DDB system and develop User’s manual regarding to (previously) approved Detail proposal. Performance of FAT and UAT is required as well. All SW changes must be executed on the platform of the Oracle 11g.
D6 Information system ARSOZ migration into multilayer architecture on platform 11g
At present time ARSOZ is operated in client/server architecture of Oracle Developer 6i (Forms/Reports) that is already not developed and supported by company Oracle. This situation influences new requirements from key users of ARSOZ that cannot be implemented or only with big problems in ARSOZ system.
The Consultant shal provide migration of ARSOZ-DDB into multilayer architecture on Oracle platform 10g/11g including environment system design, implementation as well as the migration of DDB data and applications and ARSOZ-DDB upgrade with aim to ensure compatibility with new environment. Within a scope of D6 should be also included a delivery of necessary ARSOZ infrastructure components: HW platform, operation system licences, Oracle database and applicaton server licences.The Consultant shal propose system design that enables decrease of cost for modifications and development of new functions within ARSOZ and operational costs for ARSOZ system management. The proposed design shall also enable system readiness for implementation of new requirements and integration with another applications.
