Pavol Štuller, MBA

Pavol Štuller, MBA is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of JAVYS, a.s. company. He was born in 1975. He completed his higher education studies at College of Management at the City University of Seattle. In 2001 he completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava.
During 1998 – 2006 he worked as a project manager in Slovenské elektrárne, a. s. Company, where he was engaged in the project management in the field of nuclear facilities decommissioning and also as the project manager of the PHARE programme projects. During 2006 – 2008 he worked for the JAVYS, a. s. Company in the position of the Head of the Office of Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors and Supervisory Board where he covered a complex management of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors and Supervisory Board as well as management of international projects.
Since 2008 he worked in the AMEC Foster Wheeler (Clean Energy) Company as Managing Director (Slovakia and Czech Republic). In this company he was responsible for the complex management of the international company aimed at activities in the field of decommissioning of nuclear facilities and processing of radioactive waste, Business restructuring - Crisis Management – with the focus on economic indicators growth. In this company, he also covered international projects and cooperation with Slovak regulatory bodies and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
In the period of 2015 – 2018 he was the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Company Amec Foster Wheeler Romania, where he was responsible for the strategic management of the branch in Romania aimed at nuclear power plants´ operation support, implementation of corporate strategy within the optimization of the operation of the Central European business of the Company and coordination of cooperation with Romanian partners and state authorities. Moreover he covered support of the Engineering Centre creation for the cooperation of Canadian and Romanian branch of the Company and Key account management for the area of nuclear power plants´ management.
During 2008 – 2020 he acted as Chief Executive Officer for Central Europe in the Company Wood Nuclear Central and Eastern Europe (Decommissioning), where he was responsible for the company management focused on decommissioning of nuclear facilities and processing of radioactive waste in the Central Europe region. He cooperated with the state and regulatory bodies of the Slovak and Czech Republic, and he was responsible for the financial results and growth of the Central Europe region companies, for the technological and geographic growth of the company, for the product portfolio of the nuclear energy projects (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Great Britain, France, Georgia, Egypt and Poland.)
Apart from this he continued to cover the cooperation on international level involving International Atomic Energy Agency, European Commission, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Embassies of the SR and Great Britain. He was responsible for the management of processes in Mergers and Acquisitions within the international company as well as for the management of projects in Germany and France. In 2016 – 2020 he was a Member of the Board of Directors of the SE, a. s. Company. He is a holder of licence for acquaintance with classified information to security level „SECRET “.
