Description

Provision of the necessary services of the PMU Consultant in the following scope:

• Contract management support of individual V1 NPP decommissioning projects under implementation including the Cost Estimate Services (upon JAVYS request).
• Planning - revision and update of the Integrated Project Schedule as a tool which enables the V1 NPP Decommissioning Project to be monitored and managed in a real time.
• Support in risk management of V1 NPP decommissioning projects.
• Monitoring of the individual V1 NPP decommissioning projects.
• Engineering services (upon JAVYS request) regarding (i) review of the technical documentation developed by JAVYS, (ii) participation in the site-visits, inspections, technical and projects’ implementation progress meetings and support at the negotiations with the contractors/consultants and (iii) engineering support (in form of analyses, assessments, etc.) as requested by JAVYS for V1 NPP decommissioning projects.
