DescriptionThe objective of the BIDSF project A5-D is to design and implement an optimal configuration of the operating fluid systems of the V1 NPP. This modification have been executed in order to cope with the new operational conditions during the decommissioning period, and provide maximal flexibility with regard to the decommissioning process. New configuration of operational systems reduces number of operational systems to minimum and facilitates easier decommissioning process.
The following fluid systems have been modified:
- Demineralised water,
- Compressed air,
- Compressed nitrogen,
- Decontaminating solutions,
- Waste water.
