Description

Objectives: to provide the guidelines and general criteria to conduct the definitive tag outs of V1 NPP systems, structures and components (SSC) “ready for dismantling” during the dismantling activities of the buildings, structures, and components during the Decommisioning 1st Stage.

The Tag out Plan is divided in three main tasks:
Task 1: System classification:
• Define the systems, structures, equipment classified to be ready for dismantling (in detail).

Task 2: Programme: Preparation of the “Definitive tag outs Programme”
• Establish an execution sequence of system tag outs, based not only on the previous classification criteria, but also on the “Plant Decommissioning Plan”.

Task 3: Detailed Lockout/tag out execution process (methods & procedures):
• Development of the Tag out documentation (Administrative & Operative) to execute the physical tag out, to apply by the “decommissioning team” and also those for delivering to the dismantling “Project Contractor” in order to perform all works with the knowledge of all possible risks (Health and Safety risks) of jobs related with the components.
• Delivery of the documentation to the Contractors of projects and resolution of interferences, problems and more detailed knowledge.
