General Assembly, Supervisory Board, Board of Directors
Jadrová a vyraďovacia spoločnosť (JAVYS), is a company with 100% of the shares held by the state, who exercises its rights as a shareholder through the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. The activities of the company are fully compliant with the current provisions of the commercial code and with the company’s statutes.
Currently the following bodies of the company, as required by the statutes, are in place:

Supervisory board
| The highest supervisory body of the company has nine members. Six members of the Supervisory Board are appointed by the shareholder and three are elected by the company’s employees. |

Board of Directors

The statutory body of the company is controlling the activities of the company and acts on its behalf. The Board of Directors decides all matters of the company, unless these matters are assigned by law or the statutes to the General Assembly or the Supervisory Board. |

Chief Executive Officer

is the executive body of the company under direct authority of the Board of Directors. Chief Executive Officer manages the company's activities between the meetings of the Board of Directors in accordance with Board´s decisions. Other senior management members are under direct managing authority of the CEO. |
