The Financial Administration authority awarded the largest income tax payers for the tax period of 2021. Company JAVYS ranked highest among all companies in Trnava region and together with nine companies registered at the tax authorities in individual regions paid the highest income tax of all companies and also within the framework of the Tax Office for Selected Tax Subjects.

The MERKUR 2022 award ceremony took place in Bratislava, where representatives of the award-winning companies accepted the award. The award should be an encouragement to companies and a motivation to achieve good results. Each year the Financial Administration authority awards one company from each region, or the tax office (including the Office for Selected Economic Entities) that paid the highest income tax.

In order to receive the award, companies had to meet the following conditions:

• no debt to the state budget (no tax arrears or customs arrears),
• no back taxes (findings) over 10,000 euros (additional taxation liability),
• no violations of the Act on the use of electronic cash registers,
• on the basis of the tax reliability index, the tax entity is assessed as "highly reliable".
