_Sale of SS pumps and HDV valves

Nuclear and Decommissioning Company (JAVYS, plc.) hereinafter referred to as "the Seller" organizes a tender with the purpose of selling following devices:

• 3 pieces of SS pumps, type A 250 - -385 KIDN with electric motors,
• 6 pieces of main discharge valves of HDV pump type CN65-130,
• 6 pieces of bypass (control) discharge valves of HDV pump type CN65-130,
• 6 pieces of three-way mechanical discharge valves of HDV pump type CN65-130,
• 6 pieces of bypass discharge valves in recirculation route of HDV pump type CN65-130.

The devices are installed in the premises of Nuclear Power Plant V1 in Jaslovske Bohunice.

The Candidate must secure dismantling of all devices including pipe blinding, decontamination and transportation from the site at their own expense.

If you are interested in purchasing these devices please deliver your firm offer in a written form (in a safe, sealed envelope marked "Do not open - offer") no later than August 3rd 2011, until 15:00 to the Seller´s registry:

The binding offer must include:
- the price for all devices excluding VAT, expressed in Euros,
- explicit consent to the conditions of sale referred to the tender,
- validity of the offer, which must be at least 90 days after receiving the offer by the Seller

The offer and related documents must be signed by a statutory body or a member of a statutory authority or anyone of your representatives who is authorized to act on your behalf in contractual relations.

The subject of evaluation will be only the price offered for all the devices taking into account all costs associated with dismantling, blinding, decontamination and transportation.

All necessary manipulation associated with the dismantling and the transportation of the devices will be performed in the controlled area of the Nuclear Power Plant V1. All personnel entering this area must meet specified conditions and must be properly trained to move and work in this area.

The Seller reserves the right not to accept any of the submitted offers without stating a reason. Results of the tender will be announced to all the applicants following approval in the statutory bodies of the Seller. The contract will be awarded to the Purchaser whose offer is accepted. The agreed price for the equipment must be paid in advance, in one payment, on the seller´s bank account, within 15 days from the day of receiving the invoice.
