On Wednesday the 5th of October 2011 JAVYS has transported spent nuclear fuel from the Mochovce nuclear power plant to the Interim spent fuel storage in Jaslovské Bohunice, the proprietor and operator of which is JAVYS itself.

Between the 19th and the 23th of January 2012 the JAVYS company has transported the spent fuel from the V2 nuclear power plant, operated by Slovenské elektrárne, a member of the ENEL group, to the Interim spent fuel storage in Jaslovské Bohunice.

Jadrová a vyraďovacia spoločnosť, a.s. Bratislava (JAVYS) carries out activities in the area of the back end of the nuclear energy, including especially decommissioning of the nuclear power plants, radioactive material and spent nuclear fuel management.

Representatives from Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) visited company JAVYS on the 19th of March 2025. They were accompanied by representatives of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) from Vienna.

Jadrová a vyraďovacia spoločnosť, a.s. during the night from 18 to 19 March 2014 successfully transported spent nuclear fuel from the nuclear power plant Mochovce to the Interim Spent Fuel Storage in Jaslovské Bohunice, which is owned and operated by JAVYS.
