In the first half year of 2018 company JAVYS, a. s. performed six transports of spent nuclear fuel (SNF) and participated in three transports of fresh nuclear fuel (FNF).

In 2018, in company JAVYS, a. s., no accident at work of an employee of company JAVYS, a.s. was recorded, there was no fire and no work-related disease. Inspectors from the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic performed 52 inspections in the company´s workplaces.

In the first half of 2018 no fire or work-related accident was recorded or registered in company JAVYS, a.s.

In the first half-year of 2017 company JAVYS, a. s., had no fire or registered work-related accident and no accidents of the Contractors´ employees reported.

On Thursday, the 21st of December 2023, the fourth and last transport of final products from the processing of radioactive waste of the Italian company SOGIN was performed from Jaslovské Bohunice to Italy.

In 2018 there was no radiation accident in facilities operated by company JAVYS, a. s. Regarding the specific maximal individual effective dose (IED) there was a year-on-year decrease by more than 20% compared to the year 2017.

Company JAVYS has reached another important milestone in the V1 NPP decommissioning; on November 20, 2021, the fragmentation of the Unit 1 reactor pressure vessel (RPV) with a total weight of 205 tons was completed.
